VS 2012 Designer Exception from Xaml Editor

went through rest of forum sections , 1 matched, has since been locked down.

i've got clean install of windows 8 on x64 machine. installed vs 2012.

added new windows store project -> blank app

double clicked on mainpage.xaml file project open it. wait 30 seconds designer load , exception in designer

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........
