TFS TWA 2012 is firing invalidate on custom control about 30 times

i have created radio button new work item survey type.

if open workitem of survey type, functions perfectly.

if open workitem home page entering number renders perfectly.

if open query in preview window functions perfectly, although first rendering of form processes each custom control 30 times.

if open query, radio buttons invalidate process works[i had tested adding alert], there else occurring blank out radio button checked.

there 2 concerns

1. what causing rendering process fire 30 times per control?
2. what event being fired not documented serkan unchecks radio button?

i can add control if need, simple control.

what’s “open query in preview window” mean? please provide detailed steps here.

try open work item other clients , tfs server machine, check result.

and can share control here.
