Replication taking longer time to apply command on subscriber


i using transaction replication in environment. 
question: @ time when batches completed application team, daily take  5  to 10min apply commands replicated database, but last 1 weak taking 2 3 , half hour.
can suggest might reason , solution ?

resone think 
there more indexes on replicated databae production
in replicated mdf , ldf files both on same serveranything else ? 


environment on both servers prod replicated

windows server 2008r2 enterprise
cpu 64 (hyper threading enable)
64 gb memory

could confirm doing reindexing/update stats on both distributor subscriber?

were able find slow? publisher distributor or distributor subscriber. need find first.

unless added indexes in last week should not have caused huge slowness. but, there increase in amount of transactions in batches.

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........

hi there, i ran problem while deploying sql 2008 transactional replication between 2 servers lets assume server , b. actually created  both distributor , publisher on server , after created subscriber pointed server b, launch replication monitor , found big red cross. when click on tab "distributor subscriber history" error says "cannot find either column "dbo" or user defined-function or aggregate "dbo.ufnleadingzeros", or name ambiguous". can body regarding issue. regards, ishuv hi, you need compare data , others reseved, index size, unused should not compared. differs. here server - data - 87896 kb server b - data - 78152 kb server data size includes publication tables, can't compare directly. need check article article know exact data size.
