Having a major connection issue after outage still


after website outage in west morning im having issues making timely connections sql azure instance.. 

are there ways reboot sql server instance or kill connections , let reconnect needed??

hello,
not support restart windows azure sql database server.

if want kill connections specify database, can use dmv sys.dm_exec_connections view connection information , use kill terminates  user sessions in current database based on session id.

another workaround changing edition or maximum size of database, or rename database alter database statement, during process, existing connections database closed.

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........
