i updated tfs2012 update 3. after if create new tfs collection , not able create new tfs project under collection. getting following error.

i'd confirm things:
1. can create team projects in other collections?<o:p></o:p>
2. before updating tfs, can create team project successfully?<o:p></o:p>
3. integrate sharepoint , report in tfs? if yes, have configured them well? please create team project without creating sharepoint site see if can created successfully.
about how upgrade tfs, please use article guidance.
in addition, please clear client cache again from c:\users\[user]\appdata\local\microsoft\team foundation\4.0\cache
and, on tfs server machine, try clean the
content in path: “c:\users\tfsservice\appdata\local\temp”.
if check items mention , can't rid of error, recommend run a healthy check best practice analyzer (bpa) tfs power tools , see if helps.
