File grayed and showing "not downloaded" in Source Control Explorer


i have other problems project in tfs source control, i'll later. my problem have file showing not downloaded in latest column , grayed out in source control explorer. i verified file present in local space , on tfs. 

 

there have been no changes particular file, tried doing get, hoping take care of problem. when resolve conflicts window displayed conflict type = target local pending , description saying "the target has pending change".  far can tell there no pending changes on file - i'm 1 has worked on project past year.

 

i tried resolve conflict using ignore conflict option, showed conflict resolved. however, back @ source control explorer, still shows file not downloaded.

 

what "not downloaded" mean , why can't resolve this?  

we looking blockages in current pending changes, not shelved changes hua chen suggested.

 

target local pending means local item being renamed/moved , target of rename/move has pending change which blocks rename/move.

 

i couple things:

  • do history (tf history) on item confirm renames
  • get list of pending changes (tf status) to identify 1 blocking
  • remove block renaming blocking item

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........
