Line at bottom of header is getting hidden


i've added line @ bottom of report header , displayed when text box above hidden (based on whether there text populate text box).

if there text populate text box above line, the  line gets hidden.  there way force line displayed?

the reason i'm trying use line instead of header border because don't way header border extends beyond right , left edge of body of report.  line because can make same width report body.

according description, have line in page header (not report header) , hidden when textbox hidden. want line displayed. right?

in reporting services, if don't put expression control visibility of line, line supposed displayed. in scenario, informationwe can't figure out reason makes line hidden based on visibiltiy of textbox. tested in our local environment, didn't find problem similar yours. if possible, please post expression controls visibility of textbox or screenshots us. may reproduce issue in our local environment. thank you.

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........
