Moving from WCF RIA RC to Release: best practices?

hi all,

i have existing wcf ria project built on release candidate; i'm moving release version & have discovered many changes.   david scruggs made following comment on (msdn) blog:

"if you’ve written in silverlight 4 ria services, you’ll need rewrite it.  there has been lot of refactoring , namespace moves."

having made brief attempt compile old solution new ria framework i'm inclined agree.  current plan to:

  • remove silverlight business application projects solution
  • rebuild ef4 items database
  • create new silverlight business application project
  • re-add files (xaml, cs) old silverlight business application project

does sound reasonable approach?  think it's cleaner trying manually alter existing project.

i moved 2 solutions , didn't find hard.  remove broken references , replace them new ones.  global search , replace on 3 or 4 namespaces.

i disagree "you'll need rewrite it"
