why my results are different with tutorail?

in guide, says there's node of  "age >=34 , < 41", results have no range , closest 1  "age >=39 , < 47".

furthermore, in dependency network, "age , region" are not the greatest factors in predicting whether bike buyer, result "age , number cars owned", what's happening?

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........
