Aggregate Function is not allowed in Standard Server Edition


i'm trying use none aggregate function on measure error saying "aggregate function none not allowed in standard server edition".   the funny thing is i'm running developer edition. 

is developer edition same standard edition?   has else run this?

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........
