Two-way sync between TFS Servers


hi,

lets assume have setup 2 tfs servers respective sql servers, 1 in india , other in us. server exact replica of indian server. initially, have same data of indian server. 

now if server goes offline, developers connect indian server, latest code , continue development. once server online, how can ensure gets synchronized indian server , gets latest check-ins/any data , remains synced until either 1 of them again goes offline (probably due isp issues).

i dont wish use tfs proxy because if main tfs server goes offline, there no point in using tfs proxy since loses authentication tfs server.

currently, there’s no default feature support automatically synchronization between 2 tfs servers. integration platform solution sync between 2 tfs servers, please refer user voice: https://visualstudio.uservoice.com/forums/121579-visual-studio/suggestions/2068973-automatic-synchronization-of-tfs-servers.

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........

hi there, i ran problem while deploying sql 2008 transactional replication between 2 servers lets assume server , b. actually created  both distributor , publisher on server , after created subscriber pointed server b, launch replication monitor , found big red cross. when click on tab "distributor subscriber history" error says "cannot find either column "dbo" or user defined-function or aggregate "dbo.ufnleadingzeros", or name ambiguous". can body regarding issue. regards, ishuv hi, you need compare data , others reseved, index size, unused should not compared. differs. here server - data - 87896 kb server b - data - 78152 kb server data size includes publication tables, can't compare directly. need check article article know exact data size.
