Cannot Edit Table Properties - Tabular 2016


i have been developing tabular model  on sql server 2016 few months now, of last week, have not been able access tables properties screen 1 table.

some details

  • there total of 13 tables in tabular model, coming single data source.
  • the data source sql server using single connection using microsoft ole db provider sql server
  • i can view table properties every table besides one.
  • the table can not view table properties largest table in model, @ 800,000 rows
    • there number of calculated columns , measures on table
    • it accessing view data source
    • recently few columns have been added view, none have been removed.
    • i receiving connection timeout error, increased initialization connect timeout attribute connection until received new error

new error code:

cannot connect  the data source table "factstop". make sure data source available. if contact microsoft support error, provide following message:

hi afailor,

please connect data source in ssms see if view can accessed. if add columns view, supposes view in table properties new columns unselected. re-process connection , try again. if sill doesn't work, may re-import view existing connection.

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........

hi there, i ran problem while deploying sql 2008 transactional replication between 2 servers lets assume server , b. actually created  both distributor , publisher on server , after created subscriber pointed server b, launch replication monitor , found big red cross. when click on tab "distributor subscriber history" error says "cannot find either column "dbo" or user defined-function or aggregate "dbo.ufnleadingzeros", or name ambiguous". can body regarding issue. regards, ishuv hi, you need compare data , others reseved, index size, unused should not compared. differs. here server - data - 87896 kb server b - data - 78152 kb server data size includes publication tables, can't compare directly. need check article article know exact data size.
