Licensing per server or per domain?

hi,

we have developed silverlight module (in form of .xap) that start selling , determining best way license it.

we want price runtime such it's cheaper "light usage" , expensive "heavy usage". so, how define "light usage" , "heavy usage"?

i see these factors reflect on "usage":

- number of physical servers module gets deployed.

- number of domains module gets used.

- other factors?

even above, not sure how might reflect "usage" of module.

any input appreciated.

i think lot of depends on silverlight module "does". didn't address this, might difficult intelligent responses.
