Crystal Date Expression Help

can me convert crytal expression ssrs.?

 

datevar aodt := date({vw_rpt_inv_short_form_asof.as_of_date});
dateserial (year(aodt),month(aodt),0)

from information posted, see there need format value date data type, , return variant of subtype date specified year, month, , day.

for format value date type, have cdate, formatdatetime functions in reporting services:
         cdate(fields!<fieldname>.value)
         formatdatetime(fields!<fieldname>.value, dateformat.shordate)

for return variant of subtype date specified year, month, , day, have dateserial function in reporting services too:
       dateserial(year(fields!<datefieldname>.value),month(fields!<datefieldname>.value),0)
