Data Upload not working when integrated with look-up component for a package created programmatically


i've created look-up component dynamically package. package created along look-up component data not being uploaded. when right click on ole db destination , click on edit option of package created programmatically. shows message "the component not in valid state. want component fix itself automatically? if click on no option /cancel then warning symbol on the  ole db destination component. on mouse on symbol, message "the component has inconsistent metdata" . i'm not able figure out problem. want fix issue programmatically. below code:

have tried selecting "yes" option to let component fix automatically?

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........
