Will Windows 10 Metro add standard os organization functionality for the creation/use of folders?


windows 8 metro missing standard os organization functionality found in android/ios/windows 8 desktop for creation/use of folders. basic functionality browsing - touch included.

objects - first class citizens: identity, public interfaces , authority own behaviour , state
