TFS 2015 has no "Build even if nothing has changed"


i need schedule build run if there have been changes source code (i.e. new changeset). under "triggers" tab select "scheduled" , enter scheduled time there doesn't appear option avoid building if nothing has changed.

has been moved or removed tfs 2015 (update 2)?

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........
