Master Data Services 2016 - Change tracking broken


hello,

have been developing solution using master data services 2016 start workflow on change in specific attribute , transaction log picks change workflow not start.

change tracking along "has changed" setting in business rule should starting workflow yet not , workflow gets started when value in member changes not in same change tracking group microsoft, have maybe switched process change tracking group should doing ?

so installed latest patch (sqlserver2016-kb3208177-x64) , solves issue change tracking not working.

Admin Permissions
