Upgrade TFS 2007 collections to TFS 2015

we going upgrade tfs 2007 collections tfs 2015.3. need perform required procedures before upgrading tfs 2015.3, please advise ?

thank posting here.

i think tfs 2007 mentioned tfs2008, because versions of tfs tfs 2005, tfs 2008 , tfs 2010.

direct upgrade tfs 2015 supported tfs 2010 , newer, if on tfs 2008 upgrade tfs 2010 or 2012 first , tfs 2015.

before upgrading, make sure backup tfs.  should performing online backups, it’s idea offline backup of app tier data tier.  backup of app tier allows quicker restore should go wrong.  should ask team make sure has checked in code changes before backing up.  ensures people have consistent experience.

another concern upgrading – compatibility.  should aware of hardware, os, sql server, project server, , visual studio compatibility. please read requirements , compatibility more information.

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........

hi there, i ran problem while deploying sql 2008 transactional replication between 2 servers lets assume server , b. actually created  both distributor , publisher on server , after created subscriber pointed server b, launch replication monitor , found big red cross. when click on tab "distributor subscriber history" error says "cannot find either column "dbo" or user defined-function or aggregate "dbo.ufnleadingzeros", or name ambiguous". can body regarding issue. regards, ishuv hi, you need compare data , others reseved, index size, unused should not compared. differs. here server - data - 87896 kb server b - data - 78152 kb server data size includes publication tables, can't compare directly. need check article article know exact data size.
