Build Agent stopped working!


all of sudden 1 of builds (which takes 1 minute 10 minutes , still going.  i decided stop build.  after build agent stopped working.  i restarted build service, tfs background service, controller, , agent.  my controller shows little green arrow indicate it's go.  however, agent has little red square in red circle though says it's started.  i following exception:

dev agent' had exception: 
exception message: there no endpoint listening @ http://tfs.corp.epnet.com:9191/build/v3.0/services/controller/2 accept message. caused incorrect address or soap action. see innerexception, if present, more details. (type endpointnotfoundexception)

the innerexception is:
exception message: unable connect remote server (type webexception)
exception stack trace:    at system.net.httpwebrequest.getrequeststream(transportcontext& context) at system.net.httpwebrequest.getrequeststream() at system.servicemodel.channels.httpoutput.webrequesthttpoutput.getoutputstream()

inner exception details:

so happened network adapter.  as tfs box vm copied team collection db different server, reverted tfs box known state , attached team project collection tfs instance.  it works.  great work around still don't know changed break in first place....

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........

hi there, i ran problem while deploying sql 2008 transactional replication between 2 servers lets assume server , b. actually created  both distributor , publisher on server , after created subscriber pointed server b, launch replication monitor , found big red cross. when click on tab "distributor subscriber history" error says "cannot find either column "dbo" or user defined-function or aggregate "dbo.ufnleadingzeros", or name ambiguous". can body regarding issue. regards, ishuv hi, you need compare data , others reseved, index size, unused should not compared. differs. here server - data - 87896 kb server b - data - 78152 kb server data size includes publication tables, can't compare directly. need check article article know exact data size.
