Error TF248001 when uploading process template


i have work item type in process template setup this:

<field name="project name" refname="mycompany.common.projectname" type="string">
        <readonly not="[project]\project administrators" />
</field>

but when try upload process template following error in log:

exception message: tf248001: have specified project-scoped group, '[project]\project administrators', not allowed global list or global workflow defined project collection. remove reference specified group. (type provisionvalidationexception)

my field not global list or part of global workflow, i'm not sure why i'm getting error. if remove readonly field process template uploads fine. but, can load specific work item type manually without problems team project.

any idea why it's problem loading when done part of process template upload?

you need install tfs sp1. 1 of issues fixed this:

  • the process template not uploaded if work item type definition references project level groups.

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........
