Can't uninstall Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Setup


i had problem installing microsoft sql server 2008 r2 express.  there file not found in installation package.  didn't take note of file because wanted try run installation again.  that, wanted uninstall files related.  i'm unable remove microsoft sql server 2008 r2 setup because of:

dialog box:

title : microsoft sql server 2008 r2 setup (english)

icon : yellow triangle exclamation mark

text: warning 26003.  microsoft sql server 2008 r2 setup support files cannot uninstalled because following products installed: sql server 2008 r2 common files.

i can't find installation in order remove it.  removed manually sql directory find.  run registry cleanup.  i'm still stuck fact can't reinstall sql server 2008 r2 express.

although related sql server 2008, applies sql server 2008 r2.

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........
