How can we insert csv file data into Sql server table based on some condition ?


hello experts there,

 

i need insert csv file data sql server 2008. there multiple tables created in sql server , need check conditions before data insertion , based on condition value, sql script should insert data in specific table. in other words need insert data 1 csv file different tables based on condition.

is possible? if yes can please give me idea on how can that?

in case need create script read data csv , check condition , insert values in respective tables.

if 1 time activity go ramasamy's suggestion else can design solution in c# or other programming languages. can google this,still m  mentioning below url:

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........
