Nuisance: Help Make Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Better


i work consulting firm. customers reporting being annoyed popup "help make microsoft sql server 2005 better". customers don't want bothered once. there way keep popup ever appearing?

the customers intelligent. understand why popup appears , purpose is. point address customers have paid sql server, they annoyed feature , want way suppress it. want give customers want. when customers tells me nuisance, it's not place tell them wrong.

there's not supported way this. said, if fuss around customerfeedback key in registry @ location:

hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\microsoft sql server\90

you might able figure out. perhaps pre-populating appropriate value work. or perhaps cause setup fail; don't know.

edited amend: there straightforward way supported: command-line install, , on command line specify whichever value choose 2 parameters, sqmreporting , errorreporting. refer template.ini in servers folder of install media details.

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........
