Can someone help me for "ROW-00060: Internal error: [dainsert,16]

can regarding following error message:

source db: sql 2005, using ms oldedb provider sql

destination: oracle 10g, using oracle provider oledb.

 

in table “eventlog” have 800,000 rows , using oledb source(sql) , oledb destination(oracle) controls. after loading 702,000 rows getting following error , stops flow:

 

[d-eventlog [32443]] error: ssis error code dts_e_oledberror.  an ole db error has occurred. error code: 0x80004005. ole db record available.  source: "oraoledb"  hresult: 0x80004005  description: "row-00060: internal error: [dainsert,16]7".

[d-eventlog [32443]] error: ssis error code dts_e_inducedtransformfailureonerror.  the "input "ole db destination input" (32456)" failed because error code 0xc020907b occurred, , error row disposition on "input "ole db destination input" (32456)" specifies failure on error. error occurred on specified object of specified component.  there may error messages posted before more information failure.

[dts.pipeline] error: ssis error code dts_e_processinputfailed.  the processinput method on component "d-eventlog" (32443) failed error code 0xc0209029. identified component returned error processinput method. error specific component, error fatal , cause data flow task stop running.  there may error messages posted before more information failure.

[s-eventlog [32386]] error: attempt add row data flow task buffer failed error code 0xc0047020.

[dts.pipeline] error: ssis error code dts_e_primeoutputfailed.  the primeoutput method on component "s-eventlog" (32386) returned error code 0xc02020c4.  the component returned failure code when pipeline engine called primeoutput(). meaning of failure code defined component, error fatal , pipeline stopped executing.  there may error messages posted before more information failure.

 

i can see buffer related issue here, can guide me hot come out of .

 

for data flow control properties have(default values):

this error being caused oracle provider should determine row-00060 error means oracle oledb provider.  other errors cascading initial error cause dataflow fail, design if component fails.

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........
