sql compact for visual studio 2012 express for web


hi, dont have option sql compact 4.0 connecting db in web developper 2012 express. downloaded 4.0, ,  visual 2012 express desktop have option , works fine. how can activate web developper?

SQL server replication error Cannot find the dbo or user defined function........
