How to delete a project that it is hosted by TFS in the cloud?

to delete team project in hosted team foundation service, need run tfsdeleteproject under vs 2012 environment, or team explorer 2012 installed. detail information, can refer http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/forums/en-us/tfservice/thread/81997146-a64f-43fb-9952-57d71542cd11
